How do video credits work?

Credits only pay for videos — each cinematic video uses 10 credits, so a '20 videos / month' plan includes 200 credits. Photo enhancements, AI voiceovers, and tour stitching are unlimited and included on every plan.

Are photo enhancements really unlimited?

Yes — twilight skies, virtual staging, decluttering, custom edits, and regenerations are all included with any active plan, with no per-photo charge. Fair-use rate limits apply to keep the service fast for everyone.

What happens to my remaining credits at the end of the month?

Credits refresh with each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over, so pick the plan that matches a typical month — you can change it anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and every video you've made stays yours.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes — upgrades and downgrades are handled through the Stripe billing portal and take effect immediately, with charges prorated automatically.

What if I need more videos in a certain month?

Upgrade to the next tier for that month, then drop back down. Proration means you only pay the difference for the days you use it.

Do you offer refunds?

If something goes wrong on our end — a failed render, a stuck job — credits are refunded automatically. For billing questions, reach out and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
